The Pepper Technology Group (PTG) are currently writing a cookbook, provisionally entitled "The Sweet Pepper Cookbook", and are inviting people to enter thier best pepper recipes. The winner, to be chosen by the PTG, will have thier very own recipe in the book and also be named among the contributors. Runners up will have there recipe placed on the PTG website.
