4) Paying invoices online

  1. 4.1) You can use our website to pay invoices for services you have agreed with us. The amounts payable, and the terms on which they are due, are set out in the relevant invoice and in any separate agreement between us; using the website to pay does not change those terms.
  2. 4.2) Card payments made through our website are processed on our behalf by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms, and you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
  3. 4.3) We do not collect or store your full payment card details; these are handled directly and securely by Stripe. The way we and Stripe handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
  4. 4.4) Unless we state otherwise, payments are taken in pounds sterling (GBP).
  5. 4.5) If you have a query about a payment, or you believe a payment has been taken in error, please contact us using the details in clause 15. Any refunds will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant invoice or agreement.

5) Your account

  1. 5.1) If you are given, or you create, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
  2. 5.2) We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of these terms.
