Faye Ellis
Head of Web Development
Faye joined Media Street in November 2018 as a Junior Web Developer. Since then, Faye has enjoyed building up her skills and has progressed onto Head of Web Development.
Before joining the team at Media Street, Faye gained qualifications in A Level Media Studies, Photography and English Literature before completing an apprenticeship at another web design and marketing company.
Outside of work you can find Faye watching Netflix, getting fish and chips or spending time with her house rabbit! She also has a keen set of skills in Mario Kart and will absolutely win against you.
Faye is a lover of Netflix, books, Marvel, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones and Coronation Street.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Fish and chips with a pickled egg!
Do you have any pets?
I have a baby Mini Lop Rabbit called Sooty. He's absolutely gorgeous and the cutest little thing! He lives in the house in a large pen and free roams during the day when I'm working. I'm a strong believer in the "A hutch is not enough" campaign and I am a proud member of the Rabbit Welfare Association & Fund.
I plan to get him a female friend (or two) in the near future!
Your first memory
I was 3 years old at the hospital waiting for my brother and sister to be born. My grandad was drinking Champaign in the waiting room.
When my mum was pregnant, people used to ask me if i wanted a brother or sister and i would keep saying "i want both" - I got what i wanted, she had twins! A classic example of "be careful what you wish for" haha!
Tea or coffee?
Tea!! I really don't like coffee at all.
Sweet or savoury?
Savoury! I like crisps too much.
